At Martfusion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed: Items must be in their original condition
  • Original tags attached: All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase: Receipt or order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Get Return Authorization

Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging

Ship It Back

Drop off the package at any designated courier location

Receive Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

We offer the following refund options:

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

  • Same item, different size: Free exchange within 30 days
  • Different item: Price difference will be charged or refunded
  • Out of stock: You'll receive store credit for the full value

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping (Rs 250)
  • Size Exchange: Free return shipping on first exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We're here to help:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange free pickup and replacement
  • Full refund available if replacement is not possible

Gift Returns

Returning a gift? No problem!

  • Gift recipients can return items for store credit
  • Original purchaser will not be notified
  • Gift wrapping and personalization fees are non-refundable

  • Bank Processing: 3-5 business days (varies by bank)
